Excellent Condition, practically as new. This porch awning is a dream to put up and really sturdy due to the light weight but solid steel frame. There are aluminium adjustable front legs which adjust and quickly clamp into place to ensure good fit. The sewn in sealing bumpers ensure great fit to the caravan and the mud flaps with pegging eyelets ensures a solid fit without unnecessary drafts. There are mesh screens to both doors to allow air without flies! Clear panoramic windows made this really bright and both front panels can be rolled up to create a varanda. Fabric is heavy duty double coated 300D Oxford Polyester which makes this idea for both short and longer stays. Heavy duty zips and fully adjustable pegging makes this a secure awning in all weathers. Size: 260 wide by 250 deep. Will fit caravan with 235-250 ground to rail. (We have used with Bailey Unicorn).
